Clients that have a clause # 18 “Fee Payment” in their contract agreements, are hereby notified that as of 8/1/2026, the line “A 10% per month late penalty fee on the balance will accrue on any invoices that are more than 15 days past due.” is removed and invalid, and hence forth replaced with: “A 15% late penalty fee will be applied on an invoice that is more than 7 days past due.”
